Our first appointment is where we go deep. Before we meet, I will send you intake forms that ask about your health history, your current concerns, your previous treatments, and what you are hoping for. I ask that you complete these at least a few days in advance so I have time to sit with your picture before you arrive.
In our appointment, I want to really hear you. The forms give me a foundation. The conversation gives me the rest.
Where appropriate, you will leave this first appointment with preparatory herbs or homeopathics to take for two weeks. These support the eliminatory organs, making sure the liver, kidneys, and skin are ready to handle a treatment protocol. This is an important first step that almost every client works through before our second appointment.
Remedies are additional and priced according to what is prepared for you.

20 minutes by telehealth. For existing clients with a new or urgent concern that does not
require a full appointment.
I know that some days your body will not allow you to get out of the house, let alone travel to an appointment. My apothecary is out of the way for most people, and I want geography and capacity to be as small a barrier as possible.
Virtual appointments are available by phone or Zoom. Custom formulations are shipped across Canada. If you are an existing client and a scheduled in-person appointment has become impossible due to your health on that day, please reach out and we will find a way to meet you where you are.
Custom-formulated remedies
Most remedies prepared at Two Roots are formulated for the individual client. However, I do offer formulas which are prepared for common needs, such as digestive blends, to support clinical treatments. These are often preparatory blends. What I prepare for you is specific to your picture, your reactivity, your history, and how your body is responding at the time of formulation.
Remedies may include:
– Herbal tinctures, with or without alcohol depending on your needs
– Herbal teas and dried herb blends
– Capsules with custom herbal combinations
– Topical preparations including salves, poultices, and oils
– Homeopathic preparations in a range of potencies
Remedy pricing varies depending on what is prepared, the herbs involved, and the quantity required. I will always discuss costs with you before preparing anything, so there are no surprises.
Where possible, the herbs in your remedies are grown on the land where I live or ethically wildcrafted from this region. When I source beyond the land where I live, I apply the same standards: ethical, traceable, and organic where possible.
Apothecary products
A selection of plant medicines is available through the Two Roots shop for those who do not require a full consultation. These include tinctures, teas, mushroom medicines, and topicals prepared with the same care and sourcing standards as our clinical remedies.
